How it works

Booking Process

We have a number of different packages and add-ons available to choose from for all types of occasions. Location sets the tone, so whether you’re looking to have a lakeside picnic, a picnic in a beautiful large open field with city views, or even in the comfort of your own home, let us know and we’ll accommodate to your needs! Once you’ve decided on packages and locations, please fill out the booking form available through a Book Now button. For larger events, please contact us directly by filling out the contact form or by sending us an email at info@picnicraleigh.com.

Once you’ve submitted your form, we will reach out within 1-3 business days with any questions to make sure all final details are tied up. Your contract and invoice will be sent shortly after completing the customization process for your picnic. Invoices and contracts must be paid and filled out AT LEAST 72 hours prior to event or you will run the risk of being removed from our bookings.

Day Of

Set up takes place prior to your booking time at agreed location (not included with picnic in a basket package.) Once we’re finished setting up, we’ll reach out to you via text/email to make sure you have no issues finding your picnic. All that needs to be done from your end is show up on time and enjoy your picnic! Once you have finished up, please let one of our staff members know you are heading out so we can head over for clean up!

We do ask that if the weather isn't looking great, you have a back up plan for an inside location or other covered gazebo ready to go or we’ll need to reschedule for a future date.
