What areas do you service?

We service the Topsail Island/Surf City area and will travel to you at a maximum of 15 miles from our store front location 214 N. Topsail Dr. Surf City, NC 28445. Picnic events more than 10 miles from the storefront will include a $25.00 travel fee.

What if there is an inclement weather forecast when my picnic is scheduled to take place?

Picnic Haven reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the event due to inclement weather. We will closely observe the weather the day of and will make a decision 3 hours prior to event. If weather isn’t looking too great, you may reschedule or cancel and receive a 75% refund.

If you scheduled a sunrise picnic we will closely observe the weather the night before up until 4 pm. If the weather isn’t looking to great, you may reschedule or cancel and receive a 75% refund.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will apply for any cancellations with your event. Any orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the event date cannot be refunded.

no-shows will not be issued a refund or a credit.

Do your picnics include food?

We partner with a local business’ to feature a variety of Add on food options. Charcuterie trays are one of the many delcious and popular choinces! But if you are looking for some other food options, let us know and we will assist with adding on.

Side note-Picnickers are also welcome to bring or include their own food if they wish.

Do your picnics include alcohol?

The picnics DO NOT include alcohol. We do include sparkling water for each guest.

How do I book larger events?

You can book up to 10 guests on our website under the “Book a Picnic” tab for sunset picnics and sunrise picnics. If you are looking for a larger group event picnic please still fill out the form on the “Book a Picnic” tab and we will be in contact within 1-3 business days.
